Begin the mission by talking to Edan Cosca inside Club Hypnotique. He requests you to go to the Narrows and exchange free drinks for human blood. Go outside Club Hypnotique and move west, then north towards Westview. Keep going west, then north, then west until you reach Narrows. Go south, then east and talk to Kev. Mission complete!
