Directly after completing Contract's Gone Awry Pete tells you he's lost the contract inside the briefcase. He asks you to retrieve it. He recalls he lost it at the Half Moon Cafe in Westview. Go there and search the dumpster to find the contract. Return it to Marigold. Mission complete!
