After meeting Kirsten in Downtown she tells you that she's lost the key of her friends' apartment. She tells you to go look for it. She can remember she dropped it in Westview, so go there. Go to the middle of it and search the bush glowing. Take the key and return it to Kirsten. Mission complete!
